To add a new calendar entry simply begin by double clicking on the day in the calendar to bring up the Add Schedule Item dialog box.
Note: If the new calendar entry is going to span over multiple days, you can click and drag from the start date to end date to create a multi-day schedule item.
- Enter a Title for the entry.
- Enter correct Start/End Time
- Or check the "All Day" box for an all day entry
- Enter Location- optional
- Select which calendar the entry should be placed on.
Click on to save the entry and close the dialog box. Or click to save the entry and add a new calendar entry.
